Abstract

The paper focuses on Yugoslav views on the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE) summit, held in 1975 in Helsinki, Finland. Considering the Yugoslav policy of non-alignment, Belgrade strongly supported overcoming the bloc division in Europe and easing Cold War tensions in the 1970s. The research was based on Yugoslav archival documents (files of the President of the Republic’s Office) and secondary sources
